Dr. Christy is a certified Yoga Instructor, Naturopath, and Wellness Coach with over 12 years of clinical and teaching experience in integrative health and preventive care. He views yoga as a therapeutic discipline—one that positively influences the nervous system, musculoskeletal health, hormonal balance, and mental well-being.
